Last week, a select group of students and alumni in our Customer Service training pipeline visited the Saxbys Headquarters in Center City. We toured the headquarters’ on-site cafe, and met with Director of Operations & Hospitality Ed Doherty and CEO and Founder Nick Bayer.
Saxbys has provided training and employment opportunities to YouthBuild students and alumni since 2015. We awarded our 2016 Champion Award to Nick Bayer in August.
We’re very excited that our network of service industry employers includes Philly-based companies, and glad to share Saxby’s vision of inclusive, opportunity-generating workforce development. Keep an eye out for more updates from this great partnership!
