Request for Proposals

YouthBuild Philadelphia seeks a qualified project management and owner’s representation firm to provide planning, preconstruction, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout services for multiple potential construction projects. Projects may include new construction, major renovations, adaptive reuse, expansions, and tenant improvements. Respondents should be prepared to manage a portfolio of four or more projects simultaneously.
