YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School seeks a qualified project-management and owner’s-representation firm to provide planning, preconstruction, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout services for multiple potential construction projects. Projects may include new construction, major renovation, adaptive reuse, expansion, and tenant improvements. Responders should be positioned to simultaneously manage a portfolio of 4 or more projects.
